Leadership
2000
 Approximately 30 participants are chosen for Leadership 2000 each year.
Through written essay responses to questions on the application form,
candidates demonstrate their leadership potential and interest in and
commitment to the community. A selection committee from the Leadership 2000 Board of Directors reviews all applications and completes
the selection process. They look for candidates from diverse backgrounds who
represent a cross section of Wyandotte County and demonstrate the potential
to become leaders who can lead our community in the 21st century.
